Performance Training
Small group training at an affordable rate.
Private Training
Claim the whole hour to yourself. Note this is more expensive than Performance Training and should be approved by your instructor.
Initial Assessment
1st time? Find a time to meet with your instructor one-on-one to identify your goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Conditioning
Our conditioning class focuses on a quick warm-up and 30-40 minutes of non-traditional conditioning. Each class has a different focus and is based on individual heart rate. Athletes will be emailed a visual of their performance at the end of each session.
